Director
Driving our team is Griffen Richards, who brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry, including more than 11 years in business leadership. His background spans a wide range of projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality concrete structures for premium residential and commercial builders.
Holding a Diploma in Project Management, Certificate III in Falsework and Carpentry and having studied Construction Management at Swinburne University, he is committed to driving operational excellence across every aspect of the business. His leadership is guided by a strong emphasis on quality, clear communication, cleanliness and the highest safety standards.
His goal is to position Gridcon as a trusted industry leader - known not only for its excellent service but the positive and efficient work environments we create.
