Covering almost 4,500 square metres of floor space, over five levels of concrete structure, this apartment building will be home to 22 contemporary residences. Gridcon is responsible for the construction of all foundation, slabs on ground, suspended slabs, stairs and insitu columns.
Prahran
This new project consists of three expansive residences topped with an impressive two-level penthouse. Our scope commences with the basement foundations followed by all suspended slabs.

Another high-end residential build, our package begins with a design and construct dry basement, followed by a ground floor suspended slab and two complex raft slabs.
